Our school day
The school day starts at 8.55am and finishes at 3.30pm. Children are welcome on the premises from when our gates open at 8.45am and go straight into their classroom. Members of staff are on duty at the gates until these are locked at 9am.

Break times - Children in Year 1 to Year 6 have playtimes from 10.45 to 11am and 2.10 to 2.25pm. Year R have more flexible arrangements at first and join the rest of the school for playtimes later in the school year.

Collection arrangements - Please collect your child at 3.30pm. If normal arrangements have to be altered (e.g. you are delayed or another person is collecting your child), please let us know to avoid any confusion or upset.
Travelling to school - As part of our commitment to promote walking to school, parking is available at Tubbs Hall and Eversley Park car park with safe walking routes to school which have been risk assessed with the County’s travel team and members of the school council. We also have a walking bus which escorts children from Eversley Park at 8.30am on several days each week. If you'd like to use this free service, please contact Claire Welland (governor and Walking Bus Co-ordinator) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have scooter and bike racks available on site for those who'd like to scoot or cycle.
Once in school, children are not allowed to leave the premises unless signed out at the office, accompanied by a parent or other authorised adult and with the knowledge of the class teacher.
Before and after-school child care are available on the premises subject to availability and pre-booking with the providers.
The school admin office is staffed from 8.30am each morning. Messages about absences can be left on the school answering machine at any time.
There are separate letter boxes for school (red box) and PTFA correspondence (black box) on the front office desk. This should help with queuing time at the office desk during the morning - they are locked, secure and checked daily.
